NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (post on sam.gov as a special notice) Requisition Number: M-25-D08-R-000111 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for the removal and installation of office flooring at the District of Arizona. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with 1 option year (if needed). The total estimated value is less than $25,000.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement and FAR 5.202(a)(1) as it is Law Enforcement Sensitive. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
