The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for "Dry Ice" (cryogenic) cleaning of the interior of supply and exhaust ventilation systems of a Los Angeles-class submarine. This posting serves as a Pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-1042. The tentative Period of Performance is 02 September 2025 23 September 2025. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the standard size for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees.
