DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has a requirement for an estimated (100) pre-employment physicals to be conducted over the next year. Please direct any questions and email all quotes to John.Sproul@dla.mil. Due date for quotes is 21 November 2025 at 1:00PM EST. 1-Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt. 2- Payment will be made by WAWF. 3-Contractor's facility must be located within a 30-mile one way radius of DLA Distribution Oklahoma City. 4-Contractor must also hold a current, unrestricted medical license in the State of Oklahoma.
