This is the synopsis for the upcoming DLA Energy Bulk Fuel Additives procurement which includes requirements for two additives: Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) and Diesel Fuel Additive (LIA). There are three grades of LIA Additive on the Qualified Product List (QPL). Only Grade A and B are authorized for bulk storage at DLA Energy facilities.
