The subject contract award was made on a sole-source basis to Blue Sky Innovators Inc. The contract was awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis for a periof of perfomrance of 12 months.

DAF PEO C3BM DIFC2 requires the immediate use of ICD-705 complaint Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) workspace in the National Capital Region to allow the Program Management Office (PMO) to establish a primary work location, stabilize acquisition operations, and ruthlessly focus on its mission of developing and delivering critical software to meet warfighter needs aligned to critical National Defense Requirements, and allow the PMO to be in close proximity to key C3BM leadership, divisions and program stakeholders. The work required under this acquisition consists of the use of approximately 7,350 square feet of exclusive use office and meeting space, with access to 5 networks to include: NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, GNET, and NMIS. This space will provide workspaces for up to 55 personnel supporting the DIFC2 PMO, as part of the move for consolidated operations. The requirement will also need to have non-exclusive access to areas such as common areas, unclassified conference rooms, and dining/food facilities, where DIFC2 can partner with program stakeholders who are utilizing existing space within the same or nearby facilities. DIFC2 requires space that is turnkey and able to support the team while a long-term facility strategy is developed by DAF PEO C3BM leadership. The estimated period of performance for this effort is not to exceed 12-months before a reevaluation or re-compete of contract.
