Limitations: N/A Current Anticipated Schedule: (subject to change) PoP Date: 21 days from start of work to completion The anticipated place of performance will be San Diego, California. It is requested that interested firms submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities package demonstrating your firm s ability to perform the work and experience in performing similar work. This document shall address, at a minimum the following: (1) Company Profile to include number of employees, office location(s), UEI number, CAGE Code and a statement regarding small business designation and status; (2) This procurement is anticipated to be solicited under NAICS Code 336611, Ship Building and Repair, which has a size standard of 1,300 employees. Indicate if your company is a large or small business and socioeconomic category (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.), if applicable. (3) Partnership, teaming, joint ventures, or mentor-protg agreements. Please provide your response to this source sought notice by 10:00 a.m. PST., San Diego, CA time on 03 July 2025 to james.l.legaspi.civ@us.navy.mil. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government as to the extent of shipyards available for this procurement.
