CSO - USTRANSCOM Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Modernization (ITEM) Solutions CSOCall_001

This CSO Call aims to address the critical need for comprehensive Enterprise ZT solutions, encompassing 91 Target Level activities and 61 Advanced Level capabilities as defined in DoD ZT overlays. Solutions shall support a variety of agile deployment methodologies (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD)). In line with the FY2022 NDAA and DoD ZT strategy, USTRANSCOM seeks innovative commercial solutions to achieve full ZT compliance across its IT portfolio. USTRANSCOM is requesting Phase I submissions (to include PowerPoint Briefing and White Paper) for the AoIs addressed in the subject CSO. Each AoI will be submitted independently from other AoIs. Offerors may submit White Papers for all AoIs or select specific AoIs to reply to at their discretion.

UPDATE: AoI 1 - SIEM Solution Phase I submissions are now due on 14 August 2025 at 1000 CT. The remaining AoIs will be due 26 August 2025 at 1000 CT. Please note: Due to time constraints, the Government may not be able to answer any questions in time for the AoI 1 due date, but questions and answers will be posted in the future for the remaining AoIs.
