University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI), 300 College Park, Dayton, OH 45469, has been awarded a $98.5M Cost Plus Fixed-Fee Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Counter-Targeting Enhancement Research (CounTER) . This contract provides for the advancement and maturation of promising technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Counter-Targeting/Counter-ISR. This effort will support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), 711 HPW/Human Effectiveness Directorate, Warfighter Interactions & Readiness Division (AFRL/RHW).
