Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Consultancy, Administrative and Related Services for the FSN Supplementary Retirement Plan. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A pre-quotation conference will be held on 11 July 2025 at 10:00AM (Philippine local time), at the GSO Building, U.S. Embassy Seafront Compound, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. To facilitate preparation of access clearance, submit name/s of representatives (limit to two) no later than 7 July 2025, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time) by email to ManilaContracting@state.gov. Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing to the Contracting Officer by email to ManilaContracting@state.gov no later than 14 July 2025, 4:00 P.M.
