The desired end state of this process is for a contractor to provide thirteen (13) securable CCC s; the containers must be able to store MCM in a temperature range between 68-77F despite the ambient air temperature outside of the container. Delivering thirteen (13) CCC s to twelve (12) locations in the Continental United States (CONUS). The contractor shall also remove and dispose of thirteen (13) existing CCC s, based on emerging mission needs.
