DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, special tools and such other things as are necessary to perform various Dockside Repairs of the USCGC HAMMER (WLIC-75302), a 75 Class Island Buoy Tender Cutter homeported in Atlantic Beach, FL. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. See Attachment 2. Scope of services shall include ship repair and associated support work and may include work that is not currently listed as Definite Items. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract solicited under FAR PART 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, subject to availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement is January 06, 2026 February 09, 2026 (35 Days). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance is the Cutter s Homeport.
