Ilopongo and Nejapa: Delivery, For Chalatenango: we would prefer it be prepared on-site. Vendor must make arrangements with the 4th Brigade Salvadoran Army in Chalatenango for location to set up field kitchen and access to base. 2. Structural Facilities / Feeding Area Will the Government provide a building or designated structure for meal service, or is the contractor responsible for providing a complete setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and all feeding-area infrastructure? All locations have designated structures for meal services that includes tables, chairs for eating. Vendor will need to bring their own equipment for servicing delivered meals. There are no kitchens available for cooking. If vendor decides to cook on site in Chalatenango, they will have to provide their own equipment. 3.
