The vendor will provide a Factory Certified PASS technician to conduct software maintenance and repairs. It is the intent of the government to issue a sole-source contract for required services. This requirement is for full maintenance coverage by providing all replacement parts, software, labor, travel expenses, tools, test equipment and other incidentals necessary to maintain or restore the listed equipment to operating specifications according to the manufacturer s recommendations throughout the term of the contract. Market research has determined that only one vendor in the area of the requiring office is authorized by the OEM to service the cCURE 9000 product in use and requiring service; Pass LLC., who is the anticipated awardee. Proof of OEM authorizattion to provide license issuance and maintenance for the customer (i.e., geographic area) must be provided to be considered for award. Vendors who fail to provide such documentation will not be considered for award.
