The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine if there is capability for the Government to be provided approx. 17 catered or carry-our meals in the Rome, NY area as well as 21 meals in the Springfield / Ft. Belvoir, VA area. These meals will be required each day for the monthly drill weekend schedule listed below and in the attached Statement of Work. The 222nd Command & Control Squadron, Rome, NY requires catered or carry-out meals approx. 20 Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing their own food services personnel, cooking, food preparation, set up serving line, serve customers, replenishing food, maintaining quality control, clean up after meal, remove garbage from the area and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include continued service. The contractor will not transport food further than one hour commute due to holding temperatures/times. (Reference 2013 Food Code) Contractor shall provide Meals on an as needed basis from 1 September 2025 31 August 2030. Requirements will remain very close to 17 lunch meals needed in Rome, NY and 21 lunch meals needed at Fort Belvoir, VA.
