27 AUGUST 2025 CALL FOR SOLUTIONS The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Digital Capabilities Contracting Center of Excellence (DC3oE), on behalf of the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA), Headquarters Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC), and Headquarters Army Contracting Command (HQ ACC), is seeking innovative solutions to modernize and streamline the Army s contracting process through automation and Artificial Intelligence. Currently, the Army's contracting process is largely manual, requiring significant administrative effort for document drafting and multi-level approvals. High-value contracts routinely exceed one year in award time due to the complexity and extensive review processes. *** 10 DECEMBER 2025 UPDATE *** This opportunity, previously marked as inactive, has been reactivated to provide the following update to proposing offerors: The Army Contracting Command completed the first batch of rolling evaluations prior to the Government shutdown, resulting in three awards utilizing Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) funds. However, evaluations were temporarily paused during the shutdown. Following the conclusion of the shutdown, the evaluation process resumed for the remaining batches of contractor proposals. All Phase 1 evaluations are now complete. Offerors will receive a formal notification letter by the end of December, which will detail the results of their proposal evaluation. The letter will also include additional information regarding next steps.
