Summary

AI-generated · Aug 28, 2025

Innovative AI-enabled solutions are being sought to modernize and automate the Army contracting process, currently largely manual with significant effort spent on document drafting and multi-level approvals. The aim is to speed up high-value contract awards, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance by using AI to optimize procurement and reduce human error.

Respondents should review the Call for Solutions PDF for the full problem statement and objectives. This is a sources-sought effort, and questions for Phase I are due by the designated deadline in the notice. The associated Army Open Solicitation and attachments outline the structure, submission requirements, and how to respond.

27 AUGUST 2025 CALL FOR SOLUTIONS The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Digital Capabilities Contracting Center of Excellence (DC3oE), on behalf of the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA), Headquarters Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC), and Headquarters Army Contracting Command (HQ ACC), is seeking innovative solutions to modernize and streamline the Army s contracting process through automation and Artificial Intelligence. The Call for Solutions document (.pdf), outlining the full problem statement and objectives, can be found in the Attachments section of this posting. The deadline to submit questions for Phase I is September 5, 2025 at 4:00PM EDT.
