Provide a high-tempo, low-cost supplemental trainer for B-1 bomber aircrews to enhance proficiency outside the primary Mission Design Series (MDS). Create and integrate innovative training solutions and comprehensive curricula tailored to address unique operational challenges in the B-1 community, aiming to sustain foundational airmanship, instrument proficiency, and crew coordination. The effort will collect performance data and training outcomes to inform decisions on sustainment, scaling, and potential enterprise implementation of a BSTAR Companion Trainer Program.

Structured as an Other Transaction SBIR Phase III production effort, the BSTAR program seeks to deliver a production-ready trainer aligned with USAF objectives to improve B-1 aircrew readiness and efficiency across the bomber fleet.
