Bombardier BBD-700 Global 7500 Vision Pilot Flight Training 6973GH-25-R-00143

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Bombardier BBD-700 Global 7500 Vision Pilot Flight Training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and Aircraft Certification Pilots and Flight Test Engineers Employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Award will be made to the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation requirements. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with four (4), 1-year option periods per aircraft. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Proposals must be submitted electronically to gilbert.n.park@faa.gov, and addressed with the SIR Number 6973GH-25-R-00143. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, July 7, 2025, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
