NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract. This requirement will be solicited as 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01, (effective date: 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20261110 (effective 10 November 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
