If the bidder already holds an active Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels (MARAV) with the Navy (MSRA or ABR), award will be a firm-fixed-price job order under that MARAV, with all terms of the bidder’s MARAV applying; firms without an active MSRA/ABR as prime contractor are not eligible to bid.

Work will occur at Yokosuka Naval Base over a defined window of roughly three and a half months.
