(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0113 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333618 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. (v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, a unit of the National Park Service located in Ashland County and Bayfield County, WI, is seeking outboard motors in accordance with the attached Specifications. (vii) Delivery is expected within 90 days of contract award and will be to the following addresses: Apostle Islands National Lakeshore 37705 Roy's Point Blvd. Bayfield, WI 54814 See attached Specifications for delivery details. Items will be inspected for acceptance upon delivery. (viii & xiii) Please see the attached Combined Synopsis for a complete list of provisions and clauses that apply to this solicitation.
