This membership shall provide high quality peer reviewed studies and reports on a variety of topics addressing common facility management issues faced by the ANG and other Federal Agencies to include Asset Management, Sustainable Development, Adaptive Reuse as well as workshops, conferences, and symposiums to support the interchange of ideas and best practices among peer members and researchers. If awarded, the purchase order for the required membership will cite FAR 13.106-1(b) as the authority to solicit from a single source. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as has been documented in this notice. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration.No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.
