Amendment 0004 is hereby issued to revise the following paragraph under Into-plane 1.2P PACOM, Solicitation SPE60725R0200. Revise paragraph 2.1.1 from PWS for Reserve Storage from: Receive, store, and maintain a designated quantity of Jet A1 aviation fuel at a secure, dedicated facility meeting all applicable safety and environmental regulations. To now read as: Receive, store, and maintain a designated quantity of Jet A1 aviation fuel at a secure facility in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. In cases where the fuel is comingled within an existing storage facility, the vendor must ensure that the required quantity is readily available upon request.
