Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that this requirement can only be met through Aerodata, Inc. Aerodata, Inc. is the only source reasonably available and has the unique capabilities that satisfy the agency. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2025 September 30, 2026. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.5. Per FAR 13.501(a)(2)(ii) the approved sole source justification is attached to this notice. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488190 - Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Victor J. Stamps, Contracting Officer, at Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov. no later than 1:00 pm CST on September 18, 2025. No phone calls regarding questions will be accepted and will not receive a response. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
