NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, C200 Naples intends to issue a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about the 13 February 2026.This requirement is for Aircraft Recovery and Salvage Training for Navy Region EURAFCENT. Aircraft Recovery and Salvage capability is required to ensure sustained safe airfield operations throughout Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central .Provide two (2) customized classes to support U.S. Navy personnel comprehensive Aircraft Recovery training courses that meet or exceed all minimum requirements, per item 2 and 3 of the Statement of Work (SOW), utilizing the latest multimedia teaching suites/ techniques. Additionally, provide a minimum of 2 non-participating safety observers for each training class. Classes will be scheduled for a duration of five (5) days supporting 8-12 students per class at a site within the European theater. This contract will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 based on FAR FAC # 2025-06. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) ) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with an ordering period of five years. The NAICS Code is 488190. This acquisition will be UNRESTRICTED. Draft Statement of Work (SOW ) is attached . Performance will take place at a site within the European theatre.
