Aircraft Carrier Engineering Services (ACES) FY26-30 Award Notice N00024-26-C-2100

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on the behalf of In-Service Carriers (PMS 312), has awarded a sole source procurement for Aircraft Carrier Engineering Services (ACES) to Huntington Ingalls Inc. Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS). The ACES efforts will include: design, development, testing, operational support, procurement of material, equipment, spares, repair parts, test equipment, studies, and technical support necessary to permit orderly and timely testing, operation, maintenance, and modernization of operational CVN 68 Class and CVN 78 Class aircraft carriers throughout their operational life cycle. Award N00024-26-C-2100 was executed to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 on a sole-source basis. The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.
