NAICS Code: 334118 Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing Subject: Sole Source to Idemia for LiveScan System Tenprint/Palm Capture Cabinet Description: This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit to a Sole Source. The proposed contract action is for the following items for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source. IDEMIA Livescan System - Tenprint/Palm Capture - Cabinet, QTY 1 Color Printer with Duplexer Tray, QTY 1 Annual Maintenance for the IDEMIA LiveScan System, QTY 1 Annual Maintenance for the Color Printer, QTY 1 The National Park Service intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Idemia to provide the items listed above. Refer to the specifications document for full details. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The National Park Service is not seeking or requesting unsolicited proposals and will not accept telephone inquiries. No solicitation exists and vendors should not request a copy of a solicitation.
