THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY The Bureau of Reclamation, requires one (1) environmental chamber to perform routine concrete, aggregate, soil, and rock testing. Typical maintenance shall not require complex, costly, or proprietary training or tooling, allowing local facility maintenance staff to perform upkeep. This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Bureau of Reclamation is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Responses to the Pre-solicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to continue to monitor the Beta Sam Opportunities (www.betasam.gov) site. The Bureau of Reclamation, Service Office, Denver, Colorado plans to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a delivery within twenty-six (26 ) weeks from the date of award..
