This is Amendment A0001 to Solicitation 36C24825R0029 NFSG Home Oxygen to answer vendor questions, provide B.2 Revised Price/Cost Schedule, B.4 Revised Statement of Work, and D.7 Vendor Questions and Answers. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment and submit their proposals on B.2 Revised Price/Cost Schedule included in this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Tuesday July 29th 2025 no later than 4 pm EST. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).

This Amendment A0002 to Solicitation 36C24825R0029 for NFSG Home Oxygen is to suspend the proposal due date of July 29th, 2025, until the Government issues an amendment answering additional questions that were timely submitted but not uncovered before issuing the original amendment. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Friday August 8th 2025 no later than 4 pm EST. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).

The purpose of Amendment A0004 to Solicitation 36C24825R0029 NFSG Home Oxygen is to suspend the proposal due date of August 25th, 2025, until the Government issues an amendment answering the remaining questions that were timely submitted but not uncovered before issuing the original amendment. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Monday September 15th, 2025, no later than 4 pm EST.
