Any BPA will be valid for a period up to 60 months or a maximum ceiling up to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) and includes potential for re-issuance. Individual calls shall not exceed $20,000 and calls below the Micro Purchase Threshold (MPT) may be placed without providing for fair opportunity. At the start of any new fiscal year, BPA holders may submit updated pricing for the new period. The VAARNG selects the best value vendors each year. These calls are supplemented as needed.
