Each room shall be equipped with the following at minimum: 2 beds, either 2 twin beds or 2 queen beds per room Local calling ability TV with normal/basic cable; premium cable can be provided if it is as no additional cost to other guests Usual hotel amenities for the local area Hotels with exterior access rooms are NOT accepted (rooms MUST be available via interior lobby only).
