Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract to provide Austere Medical Care training. The training includes Special Operations Forces Austere Medical Technician (SOFAMT) scope of practice and critical skills as listed in 1SFC SOFAMT policy, instruction to pass and obtain National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) or National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Basic (NREMT-B) certification test, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), and Prolonged Field Care. All training will take place on or within 25 miles of Fort Carson, CO The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, with a size standard $16.5 million. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation will close at 10:00 AM MST on 31 December 2025. All questions must be emailed to SFC China Mathews at china.a.mathews.mil@army.mil no later than 10:00 am MST on 26 December 2025.
