NAICS: 513210 PSC: 7A21 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to Zuken USA Inc (CAGE 1R0G2) for the procurement of the following: 54151-SVR-MNT-23-525: Annual Maintenance and Support - GENESYS Server 25 (includes 25 UCLs) 54151-PRO-MNT-23-400 Annual Maintenance and Support - GENESYS Pro Floating. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
