The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, has construction efforts located at the Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZMP) to: Replace Corroded Heating Boilers Exhuast Stack Replace Chilled Water Valves Replace Humidifiers AHU-12 and AHU-13 Replace 10 Gas Unit Heaters The project is full and open for all capable firms. The Reqest for Offer (RFO), including each project's Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement. A site visit will be announced at a later date. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit must be submitted to me in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit.
