Z2NB--674-23-255 NRM Improve RO-DI Recirculation 36C25726R0024
Summary
AI-generated · Dec 17, 2025Upgrade and modernization of the hospital’s reverse osmosis–deionization (RO-DI) system in Building 163 across three floors. The contractor will provide supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and testing to demolish and replace all plumbing fixtures, lines, and tanks related to the existing RO-DI system, reconfigure electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as shown in the Construction Documents, and install a new RO-DI system capable of delivering at least 4 gallons per minute. Work will be phased floor-by-floor (basement to second floor) and scheduled to accommodate a 24/7 healthcare environment, including some after-hours and weekend operations.
The project is a full SDVOSB set-aside, requiring bidders to be visible and verified as SDVOSB on SBA.gov prior to submitting an offer. Estimated value is in the $1M–$2M range. Because the facility operates continuously, expect after-hours and weekend work, with the work sequenced one floor at a time. An RFP will follow the presolicitation, so qualified SDVOSB firms should prepare for verification if not already verified.
