CORRECT FCA DEFICIENCIES CHILLER PLANT THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) must be certified by The U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT). This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 36 & 14, Invitation for Bid. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary to correct the deficiencies in the chiller plant as listed in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. The full detailed scope of work is included in the solicitation. The solicitation documents and drawings will be available for download from the website at SAM.GOV on or about Friday, December 12, 2025. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and updates. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Bidders are responsible for downloading the solicitation package, drawings, and subsequent amendments, if any. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for solicitation will NOT be honored. Individual copies of the Bidder s Mailing List WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation amendments issued to the IFB will be posted to the SAM.gov website and bidders are advised that it is their responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all amendments. Paper copies of amendments will NOT be individually mailed. The solicitation will include information concerning the pre-bid organized site visit, due dates for requests for information, date and time bids are due and the bid opening location, date and time. Individual requests to visit the site shall not be honored. While the walk-thru is not mandatory, all bidders, suppliers and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. All requests for information or questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via electronic mail to the Contract Specialist: kevin.rodgers2@va.gov by the date specified in the solicitation. No telephone or fax requests will be honored. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects for this procurement is Between $250,000 and $500,000.00. The NAICS Code applicable is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 million. All interested contractors must ensure that their firms have the ability to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and a 20% Bid Guarantee. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Award of this contract is subject to the availability of FY26 funds. The maximum time for completion of the project is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
