AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Modify electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at Batavia VAMC to prepare for the installation of a new dishwasher and booster heater; work includes coordinating with the kitchen vendor (Ecolab) to disconnect utilities on the existing dishwasher and connect the new unit and booster heater. The dishwasher and booster heater are provided by others, and all other construction work is included under the contract. A site visit will be required, bid bonds are required, and bids will be submitted electronically through SAM.gov; solicitation materials, drawings, and forms will be posted there, with an anticipated award in late summer 2025.

Between notices, the procurement details have been refined: the initial notice described a broader project value, while the later notices indicate a smaller project range and updated eligibility criteria; the posting timeline was adjusted to late July, and the overall scope remains a construction project coordinated with the kitchen vendor with all work detailed in the SOW and construction documents.
