General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for construction services for project titled Construct Bariatric Bathrooms at Community Living Center and South Bed Towers at VA Caribbean Healthcare System San Juan, PR. The project shall be accomplished per construction drawings and technical specifications. Contractor period of performance shall be 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
