Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a construction contract for roof replacement of five buildings on the campus of Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The new roofs will include built-up roofing, single ply membrane roofing, elastomeric roofing, and assumed TPO roofing membrane. Some of the buildings will also require new metal coping as well as fall protection. See the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), draft 35% Schematic Design Specifications, and Hazmat Survey Reports. The Drawings referenced in the SOW are currently not available. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, Roofing Contractors.
