Solicitation 36C26025R0071 for project 648-20-119 Correct Electrical FCA Deficiencies for the Portland VA Medical Center shall be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities around mid-July 2025. The solicitation shall be posted for full and open competition after total set aside for SDVOSB. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 545 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: This project will either replace, modify, or upgrade existing electrical power distribution equipment to provide corrections per Wiley-Wilson arc-flash report. Once all power aspects of the project have been completed, a facility wide arc-flash hazard risk assessment with report and labeling shall be performed in accordance with specification 26 05 73. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the construction services needed to complete this project including: All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. NAICS Code: 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, a with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million (January 2022 standards). Estimated Magnitude: The estimated magnitude for this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. A solicitation is not currently available. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. After release of the actual solicitation all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
