General Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct project Consolidate Engineering Building 17 in accordance with all Contract Documents. All work shall be done in accordance with the SOW. The SOW will be posted with the solicitation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
