Answer #1 None at this time. Question #2 Please confirm that the VA is responsible for all non-consumable maintenance items (i.e. pumps, motors, spare parts, etc.) and the bidder is responsible for just the consumable items, such as oil and grease? Answer #2 The contractor shall supply all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals to compete the work. Question #3 The Scope Of Services on page 5 of 59 states All emergency repair(s) and/or services will be treated as a stand-alone service request independent from planned corrective maintenance work and will require prior approval from the Contracting Officer (CO).
