SCOPE OF WORK This construction services project includes general construction, structural, architectural, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems trades to perform work in Building 143 at the Salem VA Medical Center. The purpose of the project is to expand and renovate an existing surgical suite to comply with the current VA design guidelines and provide innovative functional spaces.
