PRESOLICITATION NOTICE INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Renovate Outpatient Pharmacy and HVAC at the Mather VA Medical Center in Sacramento, California.
