The work includes replacement of the unit with more efficient units, at the visitor center. Contractor will remove old unit and install a new unit. Replace additional accessory items as indicated on the specification, drawing and construction documents. This requirement involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation and other attachments as required. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
