SOURCES SOUGHT (MARKET SURVEY): The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of contractors for a possible upcoming project. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy determination based on the results of this market survey. Work will occur at Pullman National Historical Park in Chicago, IL. The work will consist of: Providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to build-out the second floor to enhance NPS ability to provide education and community outreach programs and support NPS with additional office space. The third floor shall be designed for storage and the potential for partner leasing.
