The object of this sole source award to TB Enterprises of Wichita, L.L.C. for the remediation of the Great Plains Nature Center after flooding occurred at the building. Services include the removal of water from the flooded basement, set-up/removal of fans and dehumidifiers, and application of antimicrobial agents to the floors to prevent mold and bacteria growth. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
