The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for exterior and interior building maintenance on five existing buildings located at the MU Ranch within the Carrizo Plain National Monument. Maintenance work includes: Painting the exterior of four buildings Replacing windows at two residential buildings Repairing the tin roof of a large out-building Replacing entrance decking Replacing four sets of stairs Repairing a section of interior ceiling with water damage A draft SOW with photo exhibits is attached for your reference. The work covered by this contract includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete this requirement as per the accompanying specifications and drawings. The estimated project magnitude of construction is $100,000 - $250,000.
