Pre-Solicitation Synopsis W9127N26BA013 Yaquina River Clamshell Dredging 2026 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N26BA013 for Yaquina River Clamshell Dredging 2026. The dredging project includes three mandatory line items located throughout the Yaquina River downstream of Toledo, OR. Clamshell dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will be designated ocean disposal sites. The total approximate scope is 850,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. The overall period of performance will be from 01 July 2026 through 31 October 2026 for physical completion of all work. The forthcoming solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 11 May 2026 with bids due 30 days after advertisement.
