PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation announcement of a proposed contract action pursuant to FAR 5.204. This is not a solicitation. US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District has a requirement for a Y810 Procurement Warehouse Construction. The anticipated construction requirements will be predominantly under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: The only authorized transmission method for a proposal in response to this solicitation is electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
